Weight Loss Coaching
If you’re interested in getting help losing weight the right way, by understanding what’s going on in your mind, moving your body in a loving way, and eating in response to your hunger and fullness cues, I’d love to chat with you!
My clients are mostly women from their mid-twenties to mid-fifties. They’re smart and bright, and don’t understand why they don’t have a better grasp on loving their beautiful bodies and taking the best care of themselves possible. And they usually want to lose weight or get themselves to stick to a fitness and food plan that makes them feel great.
If you haven’t, please read the “About Me” page to get a sense of my own life experience when it comes to weight fluctuations, emotional eating, and my desire to help others.
I offer a number of different plans and programs for coaching, including:
- From Blah to Wow! – 10-Week program designed to get you off the couch, to pay attention to what’s going into your mouth, and reconnecting you to your joy. This program consists of 10 weeks of working on three key areas in your life: food, movement, and mind. You’ll set goals, become aware, face fears, and design your own plan for your best life. In the process you’ll feel more energetic, learn to make healthy choices, and feel great about yourself!
- Mindful Eating 101 – This six-week program will teach you the basics of mindful eating, and how eating mindfully can help you in all aspects of your life. Each week a new mindful eating/living reading assignment will be sent to you, and you’ll be coached on that topic (or whatever else comes up for you that week!) At the end of the six weeks you can expect to feel much more connected and joyous when it comes to being present and aware around food and your life in general.
- Overcoming Emotional Eating – Eight-week program designed to help you face your feeling and fears instead of eating them. Each week we’ll discuss how to learn to sit with your feelings and how to design a plan that works for you for overcoming emotional eating.
- General Life Coaching – if you’ve already been through one of my programs and simply want to continue having support and guidance one to four times a month, or if you’d like to be coached in any other manner about wellness, weight loss, healthy living, mindfulness, etc, this option is for you. You pick how often you’d like to be coached and guide the sessions based on what is currently at the top of your list.
